The Singing School is excited to announce auditions for the enchanting musical production of "Finding Nemo Jr"! We are seeking talented singers to bring the beloved characters of the underwater world to life. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this fantastic adventure!

**Audition Details:**
Date: February 23rd, 2024
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: The Singing School, Markham
Address: 4-20 Crown Steel Drive

**Requirements:**
- Please prepare both the reading and singing parts from "Finding Nemo Jr" for their character of choice as well as several others. 
- We will provide piano accompaniment and backing tracks. 
- Actors of all ages and experience levels are welcome to audition.

**Character Breakdown:**
1. Nemo - A brave and adventurous young clownfish.
2. Marlin - Nemo's overprotective father who embarks on a journey to find him.
3. Dory - A friendly and forgetful regal blue tang fish.
4. Gill - The tough and experienced leader of the tank gang.
5. Bruce - A lovable, yet conflicted great white shark.
6. Mr. Ray - A knowledgeable and enthusiastic manta ray who loves teaching.
7. Crush - A laid-back and wise sea turtle.
8. And many more exciting roles!

**How to Sign Up:**
To secure your audition slot, please fill out this form by February 20th, 2024. Include your email, phone number, your full name. Walk-ins are also welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged.

**Additional Information:**
- Rehearsals will begin on March 1st, and will typically be held Fridays from  7PM to 9PM.
- Dress Rehearsal is on June 14th  and June 21st. Show day is on June 22nd. 
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled audition time for check-in and warm-up.

- This is a school amateur production with serious staging and lighting! If selected for a leading role or supporting character, there are fees related to the training, costume, and materials required to play the role. Fees would be determined by the role you were cast.

**Audition Process** 
1. Group: Learn a simple choreography and dance it as a group. (30 mins)

2. Group: Sing a minimum of one, or maximum of two of the numbers included in the casting folder by yourself. (45 mins)

3. Group: Reading of the characters. (30 mins)

4. Individual: Short Interview (5 mins each)
